About Kay
I have a positive attitude and a positive outlook on life. Seeing my students develop and mature as individuals gives me a great sense of accomplishment, and I am incredibly happy in my job.
I consider myself to be doing a good job if I can influence their future in a positive way. I have strong planning and organization skills and am a good communicator, both verbally and in writing; something that is very important to the job of a good teacher.
I am able to adapt my teaching style and methods when necessary to produce consistent results, and I thrive under pressure.
