I am a Certified TEFL (Teaching English as Foreign Language) Teacher from London Teacher Training College, UK. My way of teaching is quite different from the others. I do it in a practical and natural way with audios, videos sessions with Modern Pedagogies. But not just on white or black board. Before starting the teaching, I assess the candidate knowledge and capabilities. Then I perform the Hypnotic Mind Enhancement Therapy and motivate the candidates for a successful learning process (This done only in face to face training).
My preferences:
I prefer two students at a time to teach English language by face to face or on line. This is to conduct a regular practice in Speaking Skills. You will find me a as a suitable and Good Teacher for your learning program.

My teaching methodology is linked with the pedagogy of Bloom's Taxonomy. It consists of the learning objectives of cognitive, effective and sensory domains.
First the learner is pre- assessed to find out the the learners capacity in remembering and understanding vocabulary. Then apply the vocabulary in the formation of simple sentences etc.
Coming to to the methodology, the pre- assessment will reveal the individual capacities of the learners in the specified skill (Speaking- Listening- Writing- Reading). Vocabulary is the main criteria of English language skills. Unless a learner have sufficient vocabulary, he can't perform well. As per research it is said that a learner with the knowledge of 3000 vocabularies can't speak but understand a little. A learner with the knowledge of 5000 vocabularies can speak and understand at a poor level. But a learner with a vocabulary of 8000 can speak and understand well. But still he needs some experience of 3 to 5 years to become fluent in the English language skills.
So first vocabulary and pronunciation is developed.
Next practice in formatting of small sentences with a very little grammar.
Sentences formatting will be developed by answering the missing words in a sentence.
Then organizing the lesson units to connect the real life needs.
Teaching the oral skill by showing the picture, where they can learn new vocabularies.
Asking the learners to learn new names and items to do voice practice of letters, syntax awareness, phrases and allowing the learners to write and read the sentences one by one.
Sentence formation can be practiced by word cards method to the learners.
First the learners will have practice of reading and writing before going to speaking practice.
Learners will be given a practice of recognition of letters and sounds before reading practice.
A practice of conversational English with the teacher or co-learner will be given.
I follow the Audio Lingual Method of teaching. This is very important and use full to the learners to learn the Listening and Speaking skills. In this practice the activities are reading dialogues, repetition of the sentences and drilling practice.
We prepare the exercises for the practice of the learners, where each learner have an interaction with the other asking and answering each other. Here they use the knowledge what they learnt. This is monitored by the teacher to explain mistakes of the learners.
I also follow Crammer Translation Methodology, in which native language is translated to English language. May be Hindi to English or Telugu to English or Tamil to English or Urdu to English.we give exercises of translations to the learners.
A practice on Phonemic awareness is carries out to the learners to understand the breakdown of words sequence of phonemes or sounds.Phonological awareness is taught by listening games rhyming, words and sentences awareness of syllables initial and final sounds phonemes, letters, and spellings.
Listening activities are taught by minimal pair Game Method, where we create two column chart of words that are same except with one different letter sound.
I teach many games and puzzles,to practice and test learner’s vocabulary skills, like Odd man out Quizzes
Dominoes Snap, Labeling pictures, cross words, Alphabet games etc.,
In writing skills we make practice with the exercises of Picture Gaps. Show the photographs, posters, Graphs,Data charts, and ask them to write the contents of these charts.
In Listening skills I ask the learners to hear the audio clips from different speakers with different accents. Fist learners are practiced with Indian accent. Then American accent and then British accent.
Finally I make the learner to be Competent in IELTS.
