About Rayhanah
I enjoy teaching because I love helping students understand something that once felt difficult to them.
I believe learning a language takes time, patience, and practice. Some students may struggle with grammar, writing, reading, speaking, or confidence, and that is completely okay. My role as a tutor is to guide them step by step and make the learning process feel less stressful.
I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes because mistakes are part of learning. In my lessons, I focus on clear explanations, guided practice, and activities that match the student’s level and pace.
The reason I teach is simple: I want to help students feel more confident in themselves. Seeing a student slowly improve, understand better, and become brave enough to try is one of the most meaningful parts of teaching for me.

My lessons are student-centred, structured, and adjusted based on each student’s level, pace, and learning needs. I usually begin by identifying the student’s strengths and areas for improvement before planning suitable activities and practice tasks.
I teach using clear explanations, guided examples, step-by-step practice, and interactive activities to help students understand the lesson better. For English and Malay, I focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, sentence building, writing, speaking, and exam preparation when needed.
A typical lesson usually lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the student’s age, attention span, and learning goals.
My name is Rayhanah, and I am a TESL graduate with experience teaching English in secondary school, online classes, and one-to-one lessons. I also have experience working with students who need extra support, structure, patience, and encouragement.
My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students, as well as learners who want to improve their English or Malay language skills in a clear, supportive, and confidence-building environment.
