My interest in teaching inculcates my potential, dedication and passion for it. The refined knowledge and the experience I have gained in time management, managing a physical and online classroom, space management, digital skills, compiling lesson plans have become highly advantageous to showcase my potential as a teacher. The knowledge I have acquired for over 10 years which includes studying English Language with utmost interest and motivation at school to majoring English Language and Teaching for my tertiary education has paved me the steps of building a versatile career in teaching.

With extensive experience and necessary qualifications in English language teaching for 16+ learners. I have a proven track record of fostering learner progress, driving high engagement and creating an inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere. My dynamic approach, underpinned by British Values, numeracy, and employability skills, ensures that every learner, regardless of their background or ability, receives the support and challenge they need to progress. Within my career, I have proudly and consistently achieved outstanding results in learner progression and achievement, backed by strong assessment outcomes and positive learner feedback. My effective teaching methodologies ensure that students not only develop their English language skills but also gain the confidence to apply them in real-life situations. By integrating cutting-edge technology-enhanced learning resources, I create interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, making language learning both accessible, engaging and upgraded. I also have vast experience working with highly diverse, mixed-ability groups, discreetly differentiating instruction to support weaker and shy learners through one-to-one guidance while challenging stronger learners to refine their current skills.
