My 16 year old daughter has an EHCP, for those who don't know this means she has special educational needs and in her case she is shy around strangers and benefits best when taught in a small attentive learning environment. To see Monique instruct my daughter in hairdressing is to witness my daughter come alive and grow in confidence. Monique is a patient, attentive and uniquely skilled teacher. My daughter looks forward to her hairdressing lessons and is so enthused by her experience under the instruction with Monique that she practices at home and has achieved incredible results by anyone's standards. Monique allows my daughter to be creative; she is a source of encouragement and is, in my estimation, an exemplary hair practitioner who any student would be blessed to learn from.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the hair training tutorials we've had the privilege to experience and still experiencing. My daughter, who has special needs, has always faced challenges when it comes to learning new skills, but Monique made all the difference.
