About Chisa
I studied education at Tokyo Gakugei University in Japan. After graduating, I worked as a primary school teacher for 3 years in Tokyo. I have teacher’s license of junior high school and high school as well.
I lived in London for 2 years and I was teaching Japanese from 8 years old to 40 years old while my staying in London. After I moved to Melbourne, I taught 5 years old boy, high school students and adults while my 3 years staying in Melbourne. One of them passed N1of JLPT. I really enjoy teaching and being in contacting people, so now I would like to do tutoring in Wellington to share my knowledge and teach Japanese culture more.

My teaching methodology is basically using PDF that I make for an each student. Or I use a text book if you have and would like to use it. I always decide the way of teaching depending on what you want to learn, what you like to do! And always try to make my class fun and easy to understand with using something you are interesting in.
As my background, I do love teaching to kids as well as adults (my youngest student is 5 years old and the oldest student is 60 years old). I also can help for a school Japanese class for teenagers.
