About Nicky
Trained as a graphic designer at the University for the Creative Arts, London, I started my career designing brochures, infographics, digital marketing campaigns and company conference stands. After a while, I wanted to pursue other interests and decided to stray from design and the comfort of a guaranteed monthly paycheck to become a writer in the south of France. Days spent writing online articles for UK companies, accompanied by evenings swimming in the Mediterranean, meant the risk had been well worth it. Still, I found myself eager to reinstate the visual arts back into my working day and after a moment of realization one morning, I eventually followed my heart to Paris. Now, I work hard to be a creative force in the world as a teacher and a coach. Incorporating techniques learnt from art therapy, conscious creativity, and storytelling wisdom, I guide others to develop their creative power and confidence manifesting a life they desire, as I have done myself. It is through this mission and this experience, that I offer creative development sessions.

My creative development sessions address the needs of those who are bored or frustrated and seek creative expression and realignment to desired life goals. I guide professionals who are feeling unfulfilled with their current life choices, towards a more meaningful and re-energizing future. Maybe, you ... - work in a marketing department and want to apply your full knowledge and experience to progress your career but have no passion for the product or service that your company sells? - work in finance because it provides you with a desirable quality of life despite knowing there is something substantial amiss, but not yet prepared to risk big change to discover exactly what it is? - are a budding journalist or writer or designer looking for an edge to separate you from others in your field? If you relate to any of these scenarios, then you will have much to gain from creative development. Combining artistic exploration and storytelling exercises with life coaching theory, I accompany clients on a confidence-building journey to a more intentional life plan. Although each session is adapted to the individual, I have developed a methodology that empowers individuals to take action and effectate change in their lives. Through a process of connection and experimentation, I guide them to: - tap into the imagination to boost ideas generation, artistic innovation and creative expression, - access the authentic self to discover a personal style, build confidence expressing it, and, - identify where in life they would like to create anew or improve upon.
