About Denise
"Do you ever wonder how native speech patterns shape our actual identity? Holding a music degree from Melbourne Uni gave me a unique ear for the rhythm of language. I have spent 13 years working with intermediate learners and travelers who want to move beyond the textbook. My life as a native Spanish speaker informs the cultural context I bring to every single session.
Grammar rules become much easier once you understand the history behind the idioms and expressions. I truly enjoy seeing teens connect with the nuance of an accent while they prepare for their DELE exams. Verb conjugation feels less like a chore when it connects to real life conversations. It is just a matter of practice."
