About Strickland

After having three kids, my focus shifted to everyone else—family, responsibilities, work—everything except myself. Slowly but surely, I started letting my own health slide. The extra weight crept on, and before I knew it, I had gotten comfortable with the accumulating rolls and what people jokingly call the “Dad Bod.”

But over time I began to feel sluggish, tired, and older than I should have. That’s when I made a decision: I wasn’t going to be that guy who just accepts it and lets himself go.

I started studying fitness and nutrition so I could take control of my health again. To be honest, it wasn’t easy. There were plenty of days when motivation was low and progress felt slow. But once I started feeling stronger, more energized, and seeing real changes in my body, I kept pushing forward.

That journey changed my life, and now I want to help others do the same. If you’re feeling stuck or struggling with your own Dad Bod, you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s do this together. I’ll be your accountability partner and support system every step of the way.

My approach focuses on practical, sustainable fitness that fits real life. As an instructor, I guide clients through strength training, mobility work, and simple lifestyle habits designed to help eliminate the “Dad Bod” and rebuild a healthier, fitter body. I focus on proper technique, steady progress, and building habits that last.

Workout in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment.

A Typical Session

Each session starts with a short warm-up and mobility work to prepare the body. We then move into structured strength training tailored to your fitness level and goals, followed by conditioning or core work. Every session is designed to build strength, improve movement, and move you closer to your goals.

My coaching is for anyone who feels they’ve developed a Dad Bod and wants to return to a stronger, healthier version of themselves. Whether you're starting fresh or getting back on track, I’ll guide you step by step and keep you motivated throughout the journey.
