About Savannah
Hi, I’m Savannah! Originally from Alabama, I’ve spent the last seven years living and working across Europe. I’m outgoing, spontaneous, and a firm believer that we should never stop learning. While some might call me the "personality hire" because of my high energy and love for people, I back that energy up with a deep passion for the science of movement.
I hold a B.S. in Education and am certified in Lagree, Kickboxing, and Pilates. I’m always chasing my next level of expertise to ensure my clients get the best results possible. Currently, I balance a busy but fulfilling life as a Studio Manager, a mentor for university interns, and an instructor teaching Lagree and HIIT six days a week.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me at the beach, enjoying my weekends, and making the most of life with my friends. I am dedicated to the art of teaching, and I’m excited to use this platform to share my knowledge and help you find a version of fitness that makes you feel incredible!

My Philosophy:
I don’t just provide a workout; I create an experience that leaves you feeling fulfilled and motivated both physically and mentally. With a B.S. in Education and certifications in Pilates and Lagree, my approach combines high and low-impact movements designed to engage the core, lengthen the spine, and build intensity as you progress. Each session is a focused 50 minutes, allowing for maximum physical results and mental clarity without overloading the body—though I always love a good sweat!
Expertise & Results:
As the Studio Manager of a boutique fitness studio, my methods are currently used to drive results for over 100 clients daily. I understand how to scale movements for every body type and fitness level.
