About Jessica

Hi, I’m Jessica.

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I spent 15 years working in commercial litigation across boutique, mid-sized, and one of Canada’s leading national law firms. My work required me to organize complexity, recognize patterns, and help people navigate high-pressure situations with clarity and structure.

When I became a certified yoga teacher in 2019, I discovered that the same skills I used professionally were also helping people make sense of themselves.

Today, I help thoughtful women untangle what’s been taking up space in their minds through guided reflective conversations, structured journaling, mindfulness, and gentle somatic practices.

People often tell me they leave our sessions saying,

“I finally understand why I’ve been feeling this way.”

You don’t need to arrive with answers.

You don’t even need to know where to begin.

We’ll slow everything down together, untangle one thread at a time, and create space for clarity, self-understanding, and the next right step.

My goal isn’t to give you advice.

It’s to help you hear your own wisdom more clearly.

The Mental Unload Session isn’t about writing beautifully or keeping a journal.

It’s about giving your mind somewhere to put everything it’s been carrying.

Each session is a private, guided reflective conversation combined with structured journaling prompts that help you untangle racing thoughts, make sense of difficult experiences, and gain clarity without judgment or pressure.

I’ll guide you through thoughtful questions, help you identify recurring patterns, and translate complex emotions into language that feels understandable.

You don’t need to know what to write or worry about “doing it right.” I’ll gently lead the process while you simply show up exactly as you are.

Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and with a clearer understanding of what they need next.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, overthinking a decision, carrying emotional weight, or simply need somewhere to think out loud, this session offers a compassionate space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
