About Brooke
My aspirations are to inspire those who wish to feel more confident in the depths of Christianity. At school, I taught classes as a side project and participated in Philosophy Club!
I am currently a student of theology and religion at Durham University. I worked very hard to get here, so I can sympathise wholeheartedly with how difficult and confusing aspects of theology can be the first time around.I am therefore very keen on making sure that people can reach out to me anytime for some advice, good helpful feedback on essays, and even someone to talk to when certain parts of the course seem to make no sense. I've been there, and I'm here so that you do not have to do it alone.

With Theology, there is a particular formal way of writing your essays that must display critical thinking, acknowledgement of scholars on either side of the argument in question, and a cohesive argument (your introduction must align with your sequence of argument throughout to get you those top-end marks). I know this can be frustrating to get to grips with straight away, and so I would love to offer any current Religious Studies students whatever help I can, and even give them some undergraduate writing tips as this will come in handy regardless. Due to the nature of religious studies and its subjective style of teaching, I believe that showing a student how to first and foremost, lay out a reliable essay structure to fall back on is incredibly important.
