About Meghan
My strengths are reconstructing self management, and helping those identify stress management, depression and anxiety. Help you how to determine when your body shows visible signs before you may feel a certain way and how to self manage stress in a healthy way. Its important to manage stress levels so they dont exceed beyond a limit your body can take , which may result in future health risks.

I teach my class depending on the type of person you are. When we begin to speak with one another and we introduce ourselves, I will be able to sync with you on a strategy that works best for you. Different approaches work differently for everyone, especially when it comes to stress, and our overall positivity mindset. To each their own. Everyone to whom I have helped has healed in their own ways.
