About Sinead
I coached gymnastics, part-time, for 7 years however, after graduating I have decided to focus on my career and gain experience in the marketing industry under an internationally acclaimed agency, BBDO. I have my GL and level 1 certification in gymnastics coaching as well as my level 1 judge's certification. I love working with kids, and teaching my students the importance of understanding how to use their body and the physics behind getting the best result. In my spare time I like to read, go to the gym, spend time with friends or complete some personal studies. I am currently saving up to move overseas.

Whether that be to become stronger, more confident or to learn the art of gymnastics, my gymnastics lessons will teach you how to understand movements by breaking them down, helping you learn gymnastics and improve your performance in any other sport.
