Hardev is a very self-disciplined and focused person whom I got to know very well throughout the past year at university. Hardev does not get sidetracked and when faced with a problem he finds quick solutions. Although a hard worker, Hardev is very relaxed and kind and willing to talk not only about work but also about other topics and gives very clear opinions. As a university student, having Hardev as my friend allowed me to grow in self-confidence as he pushed my comfort zones. This helped me address my problem and I subsequently became a harder worker and developed skills to face my issues, such as being more confident and outspoken. I have done a lot of revision together with Hardev for our exams and not only does he explain things in detail, he explains it clearly so you are able to understand what he means. Harden is extremely professional and easy to approach, which I feel is needed in a tutor to ensure that even the shyest of students can ask questions on what they are struggling with. As well as having a great deal of knowledge to help students help with content, he also helps with those who are struggling with style and structure to ensure that a students knowledge is maximised to whoever is reading it.
