About Marelise

I am a second year Education student, who is passionate about supporting and educating learners. Since 2018, I have been assisting learners with homework, projects, essays and test preparation. I believe that when they obtain encouragement and when a topic is presented to them in a way that they understand, the performance capacity of each learner will increase.

About the lesson

Firstly, I like to determine what the learner understands and what they find difficult. I then concentrate most on the areas of study that they are struggling with. Activities will be carried out and "tests" will be written to improve the knowledge of the learner regarding the topics. During the activities/test I will assist and support the learner. The activities and tests will give me an understanding as to how the learner makes a mistake, so that I can address it effectively. Homework activities will be done together. When I demonstrate something to the learner, I like to use the learner's study style, to guarantee that they will understand.
