I am Mohd Tahir
I am in fitness club from last 1 year with well trained trainers, i was like 53 kgs when i started hiting gym nd now i am 74kg in a year this rapid shocked everyone in my group ,college even my parents they thought i am taking steroids but it is clean natty physique, it is just the hardwork that paysoff.
