About Simone
I've always been interested in cooking, since I was younger, learning grandma's recipes and trying to recreate them. Having 3 brothers as my test subjects, allowed for me to experiment and receive honest critique (kids can be a bit too honest)
I come from a very large family and food is the way we show love.
I've travelled and lived in Europe for a while, which is where I've learned different techniques of cooking, flavours and cultures.
I honestly believe anyone can cook, you just gotta try.

We draw up a curriculum/ lesson plan according to their needs in order to meet their goal.
All lesson are online and can be recorded should you need to refer back to the lesson.

We can go through recipes, cooking methods and techniques, practicals for school, date night ideas...
The important thing to remember, the student needs to set a desired, measurable goal in which we can focus on obtaining.
