About Tom

We've been ranked in the top 10 in New England for over 20 years. We work with students of all levels and get excellent results.

I was born in a golfing family with uncles and cousins as PGA professionals. My dad was an avid golfer and got me and my brother started when we were five years old. I've always been a pretty good player that was always more interested in helping others in learning the inns and outs of the golf swing and how to get people to lower their scores. So often on while trying to compete I I kept my foot in the teaching game and work my way up to be one of the best in the area. Teaching is my passion and I feel I've learned a lot about how to help others shoot lower scores by being a competitor myself.

Played professionally all over the world as well as attending seminars and continuing education through the PGA of America. Constantly attend a networking event with other qualified PGA coaches. Never stop learning.

About the lesson

We have the golf or take a few swings and video them to get a feel of what we're working with and how to proceed properly. We want to get the golfer comfortable. They perform better when they are comfortable.

We work with students of all shapes and sizes and handicaps. From rank beginners to the touring pros!

Well hopefully you'll get some feedback from other students who have taken lessons from me or do some research on the Internet. Most of my lessons have been from word-of-mouth from other Happy students telling all their friends have fun and easy it was to get better. They have to put some trust in the instructor

I recently gave a lesson to a woman who has been struggling for a few years and just gave a small tip on how to hold the club better and think a little bit better and really changed her game in a short period of time. The smile on her face was outstanding.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Sometimes it's good to have the pro demonstrate to see if they can actually perform the task for getting their student to do. If the teacher can't do it I'm not sure how he's going to get the student to do it. Also it's important to really listen more than ask at the beginning stages
