About Diya
Hi! I’m Diya, a Mathematics and Economics student at one of Canada’s top universities. I’m passionate about helping students understand math in a way that actually makes sense, no memorizing, just real understanding. I’ve won international awards in economics, led student learning groups, and have experience tutoring both high school and university-level math. I am from Canada and currently based in Dubai for the summer, I’m offering in-person and online tutoring to help students gain confidence, improve grades, and even learn to enjoy math!

As a Mathematics student at a top Canadian university, I bring both strong subject knowledge and a passion for making math understandable and enjoyable. My tutoring approach is personalized and results-driven: I begin by identifying the student’s current level and learning style, then tailor each session to build confidence and mastery step by step. I break down complex concepts using real-world examples, visual aids, and clear explanations. I encourage students to ask questions freely and work through problems with increasing independence. Lessons typically run for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and focus level. I’ve tutored students from middle school to first-year university, and I’ve also led peer study groups and volunteered in educational outreach programs. My lessons are ideal for students aged 12 and up—whether you’re preparing for exams, struggling with certain topics, or aiming to get ahead.
