About Nicole
Hi, I’m Nicole! After experiencing teacher shortages and having to self-learn much of my senior content, I’m passionate about helping students get the support I never had. I teach clearly, step by step, and focus on helping students hit every ISMG criterion and achieve top marks in their assessments.

My teaching approach is clear, structured, and highly personalised. I use step-by-step explanations, visual notes, and real-time iPad writing so online lessons feel just like face-to-face teaching. I focus on building understanding first, then applying knowledge through guided practice and exam-style questions. Lessons are typically 1–2 hours depending on the student’s goals and workload.
I have extensive tutoring experience since 2020. I have volunteered tutoring Ukrainian students in Math, Science, and English since 2022, supported students with ADHD in English as an Additional Language from 2020–2022, and served as a teacher assistant at Blyth Academy. I also tutor top-performing students from schools such as Brisbane Girls Grammar, St Peter’s, and others.
My lessons are suitable for Year 1-12, who want to strengthen their foundations, improve grades, or excel in advanced subjects. I work well with both high-achieving students and learners who need extra support, ensuring each lesson is engaging, effective, and tailored to their individual needs.
