My name is **Giles**, and as a Top 10 university student and dedicated boxing coach, I bring discipline, structure, and focus to every session. My teaching approach is technical and methodical, emphasizing proper stance, footwork, defensive movement, and clean punching mechanics before progressing to combinations and conditioning.
A typical lesson begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by shadowboxing and targeted drills to refine technique. We then move into pad work, controlled sparring (if appropriate), and conditioning to build endurance and power. Each session ends with feedback and clear improvement goals.
