About Coach Jamila
I am a Total Wellness Coach, trained under the NBHWC and working independently as a Wellness Coach for the past 3 years. I am a mother of five, and have helped numerous moms and high achieving women create sustainable healthy habits that last for life! From weight loss, exercise, to eating plans, my clients end result is walking away with the tools to actually maintain weight loss, stop the yo-yo diet hamster wheel, and understand how to incorporate healthy lifestyle changes that are forever and not just temporary.

Details
$125 per session. Each session is typically 90 minutes. 12 sessions are ideal as you will start to see results and have those "aha" shifts, however this will be discussed during our free initial call.
