About Tom
My name is Tom Hogan, I am a trained actor with a First Class degree in BA Acting. I have performed on both stage and screen and have most recently been played the lead role of 'Matthew Peters' for the upcoming feature film 'Suppression'. I also run my own theatre company 'The Raymondos' who have performed in Fringe Theatre festivals up and down the country.
I have an experience in teaching, and running youth drama groups - I also recently was hired as a guest lecturer at Cambridge University, teaching Stage Combat.

My teaching methodology is very much based around play. Finding the joy in performance and brining that playfulness to the text or role in question. A quality we lose as we get older is the ability to play, and release our inhibitions; I believe it is a vital part of acting to reconnect with this qualities, engage with them and create with them.
