About Maya
As an experienced and motivated teacher, I not only possess a strong understanding of anatomy and Pilates methodology, but also care about how you feel, what your energy levels are like, what you need from each session, and whether a particular exercise simply is not right for you at that moment.
I listen to you and help build your Pilates journey progressively, at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to help you better understand your body and yourself, while supporting your overall physical and mental wellbeing.

Keeping in mind the holistic philosophy and balancing methodology of Pilates, the classes focus on gradually building strength, improving mobility and promoting a deeper mind-to-body connection through gentle movement that you will look forward to returning to regularly.
Each one-hour class provides a full-body workout designed to leave you feeling more connected, balanced and grounded.
Qualified to teach everyone from young adults to seniors, the classes can range from beginner to advanced, with the level gradually progressing at your own pace.
