My objective is to teach my students;
- The need to study food as a medium of healing and preventing some sickness faced in the world,
- To increase their scope about nutrition and how it's related to health care.
- How good nutrition can aid ones learning abilities.
- How to use food as the medicine against most non communicable diseases.
- How to life a better healthier life for both themselves and for those around them.
