With more than ten years of experience both in teaching and in the business field that allow a perfect combination of theory and practice, I introduce myself: I am Manuela. Lecturer in law and economics, specialized in teaching support activities, former Manager of one of the Big Four main auditing / consulting companies, Financial Manager at a large company, graduated in legal subjects with 110 cum laude and the right to publish the thesis of degree in Commercial Law from LUISS Guido Carli, classical high school diploma obtained with 100/100 and honorable mention, Specialization course in Business Law from Luiss Management and II Level Master in Finance Administration and Management Control achieved at IlSole24Ore Business School. Teacher Specialized in Didactic Support Activities and Inclusive Didactics.
I therefore offer private lessons
a) for university students in the preparation of exams of:
1. Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Bankruptcy, Constitutional, Administrative Law,
2. Business Economics, Accounting and Budget, General and Applied Accounting, Budget Analysis, Planning and Control, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Financial Science;
b) for high school students and Technical and Professional Institutes repetitions and private lessons in Law and Economics , Political Economy, Accounting, Accounting and Budget.
The cut of the lessons I offer is of a technical - practical nature, very close to reality and with an excellent perspective of concreteness, which facilitates the use and learning of the contents , even the most complex. To this I combine a conscientious and profound training in the most diverse and functional teaching methodologies to help my students find their own study method, that is, the one that is most suitable for their meaningful and lasting learning, and not just mnemonic.
The work to be done is planned with the student according to his / her objectives. The study method is customized according to its peculiarities and learning style: conceptual and mental maps, logical connections for key words / concepts, flow charts, summaries, oral explanations and repetitions, short verification tests and practical exercises. The degree of understanding of the topics and their long-term learning is verified gradually and step by step.
The online lessons are held through special platforms such as G-Meet and Zoom, special sharing SWs such as OpenBoard and JamBoard are used, SWs for the creation of conceptual and mental maps, for digital and multimedia presentations, for the creation of digital verification tests. The use of ICT for teaching is guaranteed in order to offer my students effective and quality lessons.
