About JORDI

With more than 10 years of experience as a coach with outstanding achievements at the national level, especially with children. Currently, I am immersed in the study of sports sciences. In addition, I have the DEA title in cardiovascular resuscitation and first aid, supporting my commitment to the safety and well-being of athletes. My black belt in taekwondo adds a solid technical foundation to my comprehensive approach to training.

In a personal training class, we would begin with a detailed assessment of your goals, fitness level, and any special considerations. From there, I would design personalized sessions tailored to your goals, whether that be fat loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness improvement. Based on scientific evidence, routines could include a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, flexibility, mobility and, if you prefer, martial arts techniques.

During the session, I will provide you with constant guidance on correct form, adapting the intensity based on your progress and comfort. If necessary, I will perform the exercises with you to ensure correct performance.

Variety and adaptability are key, ensuring that each class is challenging and stimulating, always respecting your comfort. At the end, we would dedicate time to specific stretches to improve flexibility and promote recovery. We would celebrate your achievements and set future goals to continue moving forward on your journey to your best self.

As for the location, the workouts can be carried out in your living room, terrace, park or gym. If it were outside the gym, I would be in charge of bringing the necessary material for the exercises. The personal training experience with you will be unique, focused on your needs and designed to maximize your results!

    Practico deporte desde los tres años,pero solo taekwondo más de dieciocho años.

    Un trabajo conmigo aparte de ayudarte a bajar peso y a sentirte en buena forma física, te vas a sentir más agil, vas a mejorar la coordinación de tu cuerpo y vas a aumentar de resistencia y fuerza de forma equilibrada y general.
  • ¿Qué éxito deportivo te ha marcado o te inspirado más?

    A título personal, subir a un podium Europeo a sido el gran regalo a años de esfuerzo día tras día.
  • Cuéntanos tu mayor conquista o tu mayor récord como deportista.

    Logré subir a ese podium Europeo! Medalla de bronce! 3r puesto.
