I focus on functionality and accuracy, especially in compound movements. I break every technique into simple, practical steps so you understand why and how before executing it. Each session follows a clear flow:
- Demonstration • Hands-on practice • Real-time form correction
This approach builds confidence, prevents injury, and helps you progress steadily.
Lesson Duration
Most sessions run 45–90 minutes, depending on your pace, goals, and how much practice you need. If you need extra time to refine your form or ask questions, I adjust accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
I’ve been training for over 10 years, and as a doctor, I also understand the anatomy, biomechanics, and safety aspects behind effective training. I teach outside my clinic hours simply because this is a genuine hobby and passion — I enjoy sharing knowledge and helping people train correctly.
