I’ve spent years studying and practising fitness, nutrition, and wellness, earning certifications in. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure of where to start, and I’m here to tell you that you’re not alone. Together, we’ll break through those barriers and achieve your goals. Focus: Maintaining a target heart rate zone for optimal cardiovascular benefits. 4. Focus: Holding stretches for 20-30 seconds and breathing deeply to relax muscles. 5. Core Training Purpose: Strengthens the core muscles, which are essential for stability and posture.
