About Cameron
Hey there, I'm Cameron, and I'm not just your average personal trainer. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I've dedicated my life to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I hold a diverse range of certifications, including a personal training certification from ISSA, certification as a Train T3 HIIT coach, and specialized training as a certified bodybuilding specialist.
But my journey doesn't stop there. I'm always hungry for more knowledge and ways to better serve my clients. That's why I'm currently on the path to acquiring additional certifications in nutrition and strength & conditioning, among others. I believe that education is key to staying at the top of my game and providing the highest quality training experience for my clients.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients from all walks of life. From beginners just starting their fitness journey to seasoned athletes looking to push their limits, I've helped them all achieve incredible results. My approach is personalized, evidence-based, and focused on sustainable progress.
