About Sneha
I’m a strength and movement coach with a background in boxing fitness, dance, mat‑based pilates and yoga. I teach with a practical, structured approach that focuses on proper form, steady progress and building real strength and mobility — not quick fixes or gimmicks.
My experience across different movement styles helps me create sessions that are balanced, safe and effective for all levels. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, flexibility, stamina or simply feeling better in your body, I tailor the training to what you need.
All sessions are online, clear to follow and adapted to your pace. I keep things straightforward, personalised and sustainable so you can build long‑term results without confusion or overwhelm.

Each session is clear to follow, form‑focused and adapted to your level — whether you’re a beginner or someone returning after a break. I keep the training straightforward: no gimmicks, no overcomplication, just effective movement and steady progress.
Sessions run for 45 minutes or 1 hour and are fully online, so you can train consistently from home with proper guidance and structure.
