About Jee
With over 12 years of experience, I specialise in teaching singing to college students. I focus on both technical mastery and artistic expression, helping students improve breath control, pitch, vocal tone, and performance skills while encouraging creativity and confidence.
My lessons combine traditional methods with modern, interactive techniques, such as vocal improvisation, recording exercises, and practical song application. Each session is customised to match the student’s learning style, pace, and goals.
Performance readiness is an important part of my approach. I guide students in stage presence, expressive interpretation, and confidence-building for recitals, auditions, and competitions. I also integrate basic music theory and ear training to enhance musical understanding.
I encourage students to explore various genres, experiment with vocal styles, and develop their unique voice. My philosophy emphasises patience, encouragement, and accountability, creating a motivating and supportive learning environment.
My goal is to inspire students to become confident, expressive, and skilled singers while enjoying every step of their musical journey.

My approach to teaching Singing is flexible, supportive, and goal-oriented. I use clear communication to help students understand how their voice works. Vocal techniques are explained step by step so students can apply them correctly and confidently.
Creativity plays a strong role in my teaching. I encourage expressive singing, creative vocal exercises, and song interpretation. Students learn to connect emotionally with music and discover their unique sound.
Cultural sensitivity is always respected. I value diverse musical traditions and encourage students to sing songs from their culture while learning about others. This builds respect and appreciation for different musical styles.
Accountability is built through clear expectations, regular assessments, and constructive feedback. I guide students with structured practice routines. Along with singing, I also teach basic music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, and voice care.
