I am a coach and organisational psychologist with a passion for people's wellbeing. My aim is to work with and help individuals achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing. I do so both on a organisational level as a wellbeing specialist and on a more individual level as a coach.
I am ANIMAS accredited as a Transformative Life Coach, an International platform engaging thousands of coaches all over the world. While I primarily work with young(er) adults but have worked with a variety of ages looking for support.
Sessions last around 45- 60 minutes depending on the topic of discussion and engagement.
