About Maria S
I am a triple degree graduate (English literature, communication and Journalism). I believe in a student-centered approach, which means that I prioritize the needs and interests of my students in my lesson planning. For example, if a student is interested in sports, I might use sports-related vocabulary and articles as a basis for our lessons.
I also emphasize the importance of communication and collaboration in my teaching. I encourage my students to ask questions, provide feedback, and work together on projects and activities. This not only helps them build their language skills, but also their confidence and interpersonal skills.
