Firstly I will assess what concepts your child is familiar with. According to this I will teach the specific topics to build and consolidate the knowledge that they already have. This will be done by short tests.When I feel that they are ready I will then begin to teach them harder more complex concepts which are based on the knowledge that they already know. To make sure it stays in their long term memory these topics will be retested frequently through active recall techniques.
