About Norshila
Hi future students, I love learning new things and I want to share the knowledge with my future students. Previously, I gained nearly one year of teaching experience as a substitute teacher at two secondary schools. During my studies, I actively participated in co-curricular activities and community engagement programs, which helped strengthen my communication and teamwork skills. In addition, I had the opportunity to take part in several academic conferences at both national and international levels, allowing me to broaden my knowledge, build confidence, and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

I can use discussion techniques and active question-and-answer sessions while also providing rewards to motivate students, especially those who are less interested. In addition, I will use visual techniques and storytelling to make topics more engaging and relevant to students. Teaching methods can also be adjusted periodically to ensure students do not feel bored during learning sessions.
