About Farhan
Hi! I’m a CFA candidate under the TYMBA (Yayasan Peneraju Scholars) program and a Degree holder in Islamic Finance. I was also a Dean’s List student during my degree and an alumnus of Matriculation Negeri Sembilan with a CGPA of 3.71.
I teach Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Accounting, and Finance for SPM and Foundation students in the Klang Valley. I enjoy teaching because I believe that every student can understand a difficult subject when it is explained in the right way and at the right pace.
My goal is not simply to help students get the correct answer, but to help them understand the concept, build strong fundamentals, and become confident in solving problems independently. I strive to create a friendly and comfortable learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve.
Whether you are struggling with the basics or aiming to achieve better examination results, I will do my best to guide you with structured explanations, practical examples, and consistent practice.

My tutoring approach focuses on making difficult concepts simple, structured, and easy to understand. I believe students learn best when they understand the “why” behind a concept rather than simply memorizing formulas or answers.
For each lesson, I usually begin by identifying the student’s current level and areas of difficulty. I then explain the concept step-by-step using simple explanations, examples, and practical applications, followed by guided exercises and exam-style questions. I also encourage students to ask questions and explain their understanding back to me, so I can identify and address any gaps in their fundamentals.
A typical lesson lasts around 1–2 hours, depending on the student’s level, subject, and learning objectives. Lessons can be adjusted according to the student’s needs, whether the focus is on strengthening fundamentals, completing exercises, preparing for examinations, or improving problem-solving skills.
I am currently pursuing CFA through TYMBA as a Yayasan Peneraju Scholar and hold a Degree in Islamic Finance, where I have consistently performed well academically, including being on the Dean’s List. I am also an alumnus of Matriculation Negeri Sembilan with a CGPA of 3.71 and have experience tutoring subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Accounting, and Finance.
My lessons are suitable for SPM and Foundation students, particularly those who want to strengthen their fundamentals, improve their understanding of concepts, and become more confident in solving examination questions. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students can learn at their own pace while being challenged to improve progressively.
