About Deborah
"Sometimes it is difficult to admit that French grammar feels like an endless maze of exceptions. I have spent 12 years teaching VCE and DELF prep to help students find their way through this complex language. My own path started with a BA in French Studies from Monash University and has grown into a long career serving 361 students. I work with working professionals, teens, and hobbyists who all want to navigate the language with more grace.
My role involves teaching everyday phrases to beginners while providing rigorous interview preparation for those advancing in their careers. Being culturally fluent in both Australian and French contexts allows me to explain idioms in ways that truly resonate. I bring a patient and articulate style to each conversation, ensuring that we address your specific language needs without unnecessary stress.
