About Ria
My name is Ria and I am a current undergraduate Criminology student at Brighton University. I studied A level Criminology and achieved a grade B overall. This was done across four different exams, over two academic years. I have always enjoyed learning about the complex theories of crime, developing an insight into the minds of those who commit crime. I have a strong admiration to help others gain a better understanding of criminality, and am passionate about helping students grow confidence in this subject. I am friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable in this field. My lessons will be purely tailored to your specific needs, and I offer guaranteed improvement in the confidence of the work you produce!

My lessons will consist of a quick starter to refresh your mind at the start of each session, followed by a 50-minute run through of topics of your choice. Each lesson will be tailored to your needs, and we will discuss key theories of criminology, look at past papers and exam questions, and work on how to structure strong, analytical answers to get into top mark bands. My aim is to make these lessons as fun and engaging as possible, helping you further understand criminological concepts and achieve top grades!
