About Mohsin
My experience in the classroom allows me to bring structure, clarity, and high expectations to my tutoring. As a qualified secondary science teacher with a PGCE, I focus on clear explanation, guided modelling, and regular checks for understanding. A typical tutoring session lasts 60–120 minutes, beginning with a short retrieval activity, followed by a precise teaching phase, structured practice, and then an exam-style task to apply new learning. For A-Level Biology, this also includes dedicated essay preparation and model answers to develop fluency, scientific precision, and coherence. I am a qualified secondary science teacher specialising in AQA Combined Science, Triple Science, and A-Level Biology, with experience teaching and supporting students from KS3 to KS5.
