About Nina
Hi there! I'm currently in my second year at UCL studying English. I have tutored primary and secondary students in English language and literature for the past 3 years and have experience teaching English as a foreign language. I can offer help with essays, preparation for examinations, applications to university and homework. I've been paid to work as an editing assistant for heads of university departments in Malaysia (where I grew up!), so I have lots of practice if it's just editing help that you need.
I'd like to think I'm a very friendly and patient person, and I plan on completing an education certificate to become a teacher once I graduate from my undergraduate degree next year - so you can see that I'm really passionate about teaching!

My teaching method is to help students as they complete essays and writing tasks. I initially observe the student's own writing and planning style and help them improve on areas which may need extra work (whether it be issues with grammar, punctuation and essay structure or literary analysis and creative writing).
