About Alan
As I have been a student for many years myself, I have always had a hunger for knowledge and a drive to succeed to the best of my academic abilities - as a tutor, I want the same outcome for my students, if not better! My lessons are designed for any age group including GCSEs and A-Levels and usually last one hour, but I am open to flexibility. My teaching methodology is focused on a strong retention of knowledge, which can be achieved through regular tests of content at the end of every lesson. This way, it keeps the students on their feet and creates a more interactive learning experience. I have several years of tutoring and teaching experience alongside my studies, including both in the UK and abroad in Germany and Ukraine.
