About Finley
Hi, I’m Finley, a Biomedical Science undergraduate student at the University of Sheffield with a strong passion for Maths and Science.
Having recently completed my A-Levels, I have up-to-date knowledge of the GCSE curriculum and understand the challenges students face when preparing for exams. I’ve always enjoyed breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand ideas, which is what led me to tutoring.
I’m patient, approachable, and supportive, and I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. I believe that with the right explanation and practice, anyone can improve — it’s just about finding the approach that works best for you.
Outside of studying, I’m interested in music production and enjoy learning new ways to stay productive and organised — skills I also try to pass on to my students.
