About Roisin
I am passionate about education, and ensuring all students receive equal opportunities in education, which is why I also volunteer tutor with disadvantaged students. Learning is a lifelong undertaking, and something that manifests in many different ways across the life course. I hope to inspire my students, and instil within them a passion for education, and their own learning, building confidence in their own abilities to take control of their education. Every student learns in their own unique way, and I aim to bring these strengths that each student has to the forefront within my lessons.

I use scientifically backed teaching methodology alongside my personal teaching experience to deliver effective tuition with empathy and compassion. Lessons last 50 minutes, as proven most effective for concentration and retention of materials taught. I offer tutoring in English language and literature up to GCSE level, reading, spelling and pre-reading skills to younger students, and university preparation skills.
