My personal approach to individual study is crafted in a way to suit my students, also introduction to modern day teaching, typical length of a class per day is 1h 30min since the average human brain cannot study for more than 1hr 30minutes at a stretch and because a student would be able to retain information easily without getting overwhelmed .
