About Josselyn

When I took organic chemistry 1 and 2, I received a 100% for every exam, and had a 100% for each overall class. The year following, I began to work through my organic chemistry professor as an official tutor, and during my spring semester I began to also work for the organic chemistry professor who teaches orgo 1 in the spring and orgo 2 in the fall.

About the lesson

Being a student who earned a 100% on every organic chemistry exam I've taken, I have confidence in my own studying methods, which I have modified for tutoring other students. I emphasize the importance of knowing the basics of organic chemistry and how it can be applied to higher-level content.
I create study guides that break down the content, show examples of how to work through organic chemistry problems, and include practice problems that I believe are genuinely helpful. When tutoring students I work through the problems with them and label everything so that they can understand the process that was used.
I provide tutoring for undergraduate students who are taking Organic Chemistry 1 and 2, but I am very willing to tutor highschool students who have the chance to take organic chemistry.
