About Douglas
Hi, I’m Douglas — a Mathematics and Statistics for Finance student at the University of Bristol with A* grades in both Maths and Further Maths.
I specialise in helping GCSE and A-Level students improve their confidence, understanding, and exam results. I know first-hand how challenging maths can feel, and I focus on breaking difficult topics into simple, logical steps that actually make sense.
I’ve also completed internships in data science and finance, and I regularly use maths and Python in real-world applications — so I can show not just how maths works, but why it matters.
