About Keneilwe
Hello, my name is Keneilwe, and I am a 3rd-year BSc Environmental Science and Geography student based in Bloemfontein.
I am a patient, reliable, and friendly tutor who is passionate about helping learners improve their English skills and build confidence in their schoolwork. Although I am at the beginning of my tutoring journey, I bring strong academic skills, excellent English communication, and a genuine passion for working with children.
I understand that every learner is different, which is why I focus on creating a supportive and comfortable learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions and learn at their own pace. My goal is not only to help learners improve their marks, but also to help them gain confidence and develop better study habits.

I believe every child learns differently, so my tutoring approach is patient, supportive and focused on building confidence. Growing up, I learned the importance of having someone explain work in a calm and understanding way, which is why I aim to create a safe space where learners feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
My teaching style focuses on:
• Breaking down difficult concepts into simple steps
• Helping learners understand their schoolwork, not just memorise it
• Building confidence and improving study habits
• Encouraging learners to ask questions and think independently
I am fluent in English and able to teach comfortably in English.During a typical lesson, I:
• Help with homework and assignments
• Explain topics the learner struggles with
• Practice exercises and revision activities
• Prepare learners for tests and exams
• Work at the learner’s pace to make sure they truly understand the work
My lessons are aimed at Grades 4–9 learners who need support in English. This includes learners who want to improve their marks, gain confidence, or need extra help understanding schoolwork.
My goal is to help learners feel more confident, capable and comfortable with their school subjects while creating a positive and encouraging learning environment
