Hi! I'm Megan
I'm a Master's student at the University of Birmingham with a degree from the University of Oxford.
I have experience tutoring a range of different ages, helping students to achieve their goals in a stress-free, supportive environment.

My lessons are all about focusing on what works best for you. This means that the techniques I employ vary on a case by case basis.
We'll start by setting out your goals: looking at your priorities for the coming weeks and getting a sense of where your grades are currently at.
Then we'll break down the mark schemes: pointing out the opportunities for 'easy wins' and demystifying nuances in questions.
Finally we'll complete practice papers together: offering extended opportunities for feedback and promoting discussions that complexify and contextualise the ideas you are exploring.
With a 9 in my English Literature and Language GCSE, an A* (and a score of 99%) in my English Literature A Level, and a degree in English from the University of Oxford, I am very confident in my ability to tutor students of all abilities, including those looking to achieve the highest grades.
